Portview was faced with the challenge of rejuvenating the 750m long Level 5 concourse in Wembley Stadium.

The scope of work included reinvigorating the concession stands, wall and ceiling paintworks, signage and a full refurb of all graphic design related installations throughout the level.
A new, modern graphic asset, ‘The Big W’ was established to connect the stadium to its location, its legacy and the flags of historic football games. ‘The Big W’ concept was cleverly referenced in the ceiling and wall finishes through custom paintworks and wayfinding, both carried out by Portview.
In order to achieve the Wembley Way finish, Portview coordinated 8,000 sqm of ceiling painting and 750m of wall painting.
To close out the holistic interior scheme on the Level 5 concourse floor, Portview refurbished all concession stands found along the Wembley Way.
A brushed, stainless steel, stepped counter was placed upon a high impact laminate with a terrazzo effect. The terrazzo aggregate was chosen to tie in with blue tones found in the brand colour way. Boundary areas that make up the customer facing section of the concession stands were manufactured by Portview in a mocha toned powder coated sheets

Through meticulous coordination and precision delivery, Portview transformed Level 5 into a dynamic space that seamlessly connects design intent with operational performance.
